Strategy

Following in the steps of some of the greatest icons of value investing, Avaring Capital is committed to the idea of achieving attractive rates of return relative to the risk assumed. It does this by analyzing a range of companies in an effort to ascertain their intrinsic value. After applying a sufficient margin of safety, Avaring Capital then attempts to buy the undervalued securities it discovers with the expectation that the market will eventually realize their true value in the future.

Structure

Avaring Capital will be designed as a 130/30 fund in which management will reserve the right to leverage up to 30% of its assets under management. It will not be common to adopt such a high amount of leverage due to the inherent risks involved, but such a structure will permit management to make the best use of any market situations that arise.
